We completed a full home remodel and purchase 7 GE appliances. This microwave was one of them. After the first month of use the control panel continues to have error messages and has a loud beeping sound at least 7 or 8 times each month. When we cook something it makes a loud rattling sound. After 3 appointments the technician said the control board needs to be replaced but the housing is also loose. He recommended to GE for a full replacement of unit. After 6 months of waiting for GE and at least 30 emails the unit is still not available. Not very happy.

3rd unit since 2006. First 2, the microwave stopped working and could not be fixed only replaced. This unit the control panel will start beeping well after use. Says to Insert Food. Lately the key pad will not respond at all. Push any button and nothing happens. For the amount of money this unit cost, not impressed.

2nd unit the first lasted 5 yrs the 2nd was replaced at a discount from GE I had to pay $1300.00 the new one is 2 yrs old and the electronic board is out!!!!!!

We upgraded to this appliance from a standard microwave. Primarily I wanted the option to heat up a smaller oven for baking and small meals. It works great, but was frustrated to realize you could not use rectangular pans. It only accommodates circles, used with the circle rack and the turning glass. Picture online shows a rectangular rack going across the middle, but this model really does not accommodate that. Unfortunately, that eliminates multiple purposes!

This microwave oven has numerous features (program menu options) that we'll likely never use, but some people will value them. The microwaving is noisier when operating than I'd prefer. The clock doesn't display unless the door is opened, or if a control panel button is pressed, which I think is a design flaw. I feel that this product is overpriced, but we wanted to get a matching replacement for the GE Profile Advantium 120 that reached end-of-life, especially since it pretty closely matches the GE Profile oven we have that's installed below the microwave oven.

I love the features this machine has, it microwaves everything perfectly and the convection oven works like a charm without heating up the kitchen. My only complaint is with the drop down door. Because mine is in a cabinet at about shoulder height the drop down door makes it VERY difficult to reach the back wall for cleaning. My previous GE built in microwave had a side swing door so was much easier to clean. I still love it and would give it 5 stars if it had a side swing door.

Just had this microwave/convection oven installed. Replaced a double oven with this unit along with a single wall oven to free up the space over my cooktop for a conventional range hood. Was hoping to be able to use this microwave combo as a replacement for my second oven. So far the microwave has worked great (although the controls do take a few extra steps and it would be nice to have more flexibility than just having 15 second increments on the microwave cook times). I tried to use the convection oven tonight to roast some vegetables on a full size baking sheet. While the photos of this oven online clearly show a rectangular metal rack that sits above the turntable, my unit only came with the round tray that sits on top of the turntable and rotates along with it. I looked and looked to find a way to stop the turntable from spinning, but didn't see anything. Without a rectangular rack or the ability to stop the turntable from spinning, this unit loses a lot of functionality for me as I can't use any full size rectangular cookware to bake or roast. I'm going to try to find out why I didn't get the rectangular rack (although I don't even see how it would be placed in the oven. The side walls don't have any ridges or holders for a rack). Hoping I don't regret this purchase!

I love the flexibility offered by this product. I am able to use the convection features to allow me to bake at one temp while using my wall oven to broil or bake at a different temperature. The microwave has many automatic features which are easy to use. My only concern is that is you are short it can be difficult to reach far into the oven .

Our old GE profile built-in microwave needed to be replaced. This one fit in the same space without modification-so installation was a breeze. With the convection oven functions we now have double ovens without giving up the microwave space. Fantastic! Has performed flawlessly so far!

This oven is replacing our GE Profile Advantium oven. The first oven delivered had a display issue from the first time I plugged it in, but a new one was sent and the replacement works good so far. The functions are slightly different and the inside of the oven is much larger from our previous model, but overall the functions are the same. I'm not thrilled that the clock turns off when idle and there is no override for this function.

I haven't been able to use many options yet but was thrilled with the easy installation. This was a replacement for us and fit perfectly in the cabinet. Also received fairly fast when you consider some people are waiting over 6 months for appliances. We had ours in 6 weeks.

It is a great idea, but every aspect of it is poorly executed. Minimal power microwave and takes 4× longer to cook anything then our old one. The converction part takes AT LEAST 3x longer than all directions state. Our air fryer was SO very much better. Overall an expensive piece of JUNK!

Everything I expected an more! Fits perfectly, and was easy to install. I only gave it a 4 because since we started using it, we periodically get an F8 error message that the sensor is overheating when using the convection oven at 450 degrees. But I'm able to complete cooking. I've read the manual several times, so am unsure what we are doing wrong. At this stage, we are unsure if this is an inherent problem, or if we need to adjust the cookware we use

I had to make the hole in the existing oven cabinet a little bigger, but the oven fit like a glove. I had to recess the power outlet a little because the oven is deep and the outlet can not be directly behind the oven. However, moving the outlet was not an option. A 90 degree plug would be better on this oven. The installation instructions are for the buzzards. There are too many products being covered by one document and it made it confusing and more difficult than it had to be. Love the knob! Push Cook Time, spin the knob till you get the time you want, then push the knob two more times - bzzap! It sounds odd but I really like it. The oven cooks quickly and evenly with the spinning tray thing. I have only dabbled in all of the features that it has. Love it so far.

Purchased to replace a 14 year old GE microwave that was peeling on inside and match ge oven. This was the only model that fit the cabinet cutout. What an upgrade! Can hardly wait to try out varied cooking modes, and to have 2 ovens instead of one. Just wish there was a "potato" button or selection, but can figure that out.

Great looking microwave with convection oven. Works great so far. We haven't used convection part, yet. Only downside is usability. Takes a lot of pushes and turns to select time to cook (unless you use 30 sec plus button)

This microwave/oven is great. 45sec to 60sec and almost any dish is evenly heated. Oven feature is useful for small baked dishes like potatoes and meats.

I purchased GE appliances for a new home. This built in microwave oven does not match the other appliances. Since it is above the built in oven it looks very awkward. Very disappointed! It is not fingerprint resistant like the other appliances. Called many GE numbers but was just passed on to someone else. I don't think GE Cares worked for me.
