Convenient when it worked

I bought this 5 months ago and was nice for additional washer but then stopped working due to the door failing to close properly. Contacted LG to get repaired since within warranty but lengthy process and have not gotten approved yet. If I could go back and change things I would have just gotten a second larger washing machine then spend money on the sidekick washer.

Great until it breaks

We loved the LG Sidekick until it started leaking. None of the LG authorized service companies in the area will even come and look at it. There are no LG technicians available in our part of Florida Tampa Bay. In the end after around 1 hour with LG they said call a AE Factory service a nationwide company who have appalling reviews and they could not come for 4 weeks. It should be sold with a warning that you wont be able to repair it quickly and may spend hours trying to find someone who will repair it.
