As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at (978) 486-4079 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

RETURN POLICY:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product unopened in the original packaging with all content, including instruction booklets and warranty cards, with your original receipt, within 30 days of receiving the product at no additional cost. Some items may require a restocking fee of 20%.

If the product does not meet the criteria above, or has been used, it may, at Hunter Appliance’s discretion, not be accepted as a return, or may be subject to a restocking fee in an amount representative of the condition of the product or its packaging.

DELIVERY POLICY:

Please be assured that your items will be scheduled for local delivery as soon as possible from the date of purchase. If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time. You will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse. Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to scheduling of delivery.

DELIVERY AND HANDLING COSTS:

Costs for these services will be determined at the time of purchase.

SALES TAX:

Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state orders will be charged 6.25% sales tax.
